Remote Assistance
With web-based or enterprise secure VPN connections, Coda Technology engineers offer immediate and scheduled services to ensure that we can better serve our clients in a timely fashion. This is especially useful for critical up-time systems.
Service Level Agreements
Coda offers several Service Level Agreement (SLA) programs to meet the specific needs of our customers including unlimited remote technical support, guaranteed on-site response times, advanced replacements, loaner equipment, as well as full time embedded concierge personnel.
